The driver of the black Infiniti, a 31 year old male, was booked on the “suspicion of driving under the influence”. The man has been sent to the county jail on felony charges. Such a tragic incident requires all parties to be accurately and sufficiently represented in the court of law, so that the truth of the matter and the amount of proper justice is delivered.
